چکیده
Agricultural workers are in danger of being exposed to toxic substances such as pesticides. To estimate the individual handling pesticides, bio-monitoring effects on agricultural is required. There has been no research previously conducted among Libyan workers. This was designed study biochemical parameters impacts pesticide contamination at Aljebal Alakhtar, Libya. 45 blood samples were taken from male agriculture Alakhtar who had pesticides crop fields for a long time, while 25 group people not (control). Kits used assess plasma ALT, AST, ALP, GST, SOD, total protein, albumin, globulin, bilirubin, cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL-C, LDL-C, VLDL-C, urea, and creatinine. The thiobarbituric acid reactive (TBARS) assay evaluate lipid peroxidation serum. Using gas chromatography-electron capture detector, tested organochlorine residues (GC-ECD). In comparison controls, significantly higher ALT activities, well levels profile, creatinine, TBARS concentrations. Furthermore, long-term exposure also related reduceing reduced HDL-C levels. Pesticide seems influence various markers general. These biomarkers appear be indicative pesticide-related deleterious workers, indicating that they should routine monitoring impacts.

A survey was undertaken for screening the organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) residue in eggs and meat samples collected from Namakkal (Tamil Nadu). Samples were analyzed by thin layer chromatography and con rmed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Total endosulfan in egg (33.33 %) and broiler meat (50%) were exceeded the MRL of Codex alimentarius. Desi chicken adipose tissue had high incide...

In this study, the levels of organochlorine (OC) pesticide residues in Lake Parishan have been investigated using water, sediment and fish (Barbus brachycephalus caspius) samples as a case study to find out the extent of pesticide contamination and accumulation in the lake. Six OC pesticides namely DDT, DDE, Lindane, Endosulfan, Heptachlor and Chlordane were analyzed in four sites at four seaso...
متن کاملLevel of organochlorine pesticide residues in dry fruit nuts.
The use of pesticides on cash crops and exportable food commodities had always been a serious concern. Fruits form one of the important constituents of human diet, in that they give one third of the requirement of calories, vitamins, and minerals. This study has been carried out to determine the level of organochlorine pesticides namely HCH, DDT and Endosulfan in raw fruit nuts. Nuts have prote...
